Tasks

-Attend public meetings. -Provide pre-negotiation project, parcel, property owner and occupant due diligence, negotiations for acquisition of rights and relocation of displaced inhabitants relative to public or private projects.

What You Bring

-Proven ability to work independently and with a team, communicate and document effectively, and oversee large volumes of work. -Reading and interpreting right of way and construction plans, and experience and understanding of the Uniform Relocation Act. -The ROW Technical Specialist should have experience in acquisition and negotiations of right of way and easements, relocation assistance, reading and interpreting title reports, closings and condemnation. -Attention to detail and quality are essential. -Prequalified with, or the ability to become prequalified, with TDOT. -Possess the ability to prioritize assignments. -10+ years of relevant work experience with a minimum of 2 years of experience in right-of-way plan review, acquisition, title research, relocation, and closings.
