Tasks

-Establish and continually evolve formal QA/testing practices, methodologies, and standards tailored for agile development teams. -Guide and drive QA Center of Excellence (COE) initiatives, building best-in-class practices and encouraging innovation. -Lead the overall QA strategy, including test design, planning, automation architecture, and execution across multiple scrum teams. -Communicate key project plans, commitments, and scope changes proactively to all stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency. -Set up and manage CI/CD pipelines for seamless automation execution and deployment, integrating with leading systems and tools. -Oversee all QA efforts, defining quality metrics, championing industry best practices, implementing new automation frameworks, and evaluating emerging tools/processes to meet strategic quality goals. -Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks, including use of TestNG, data-driven approaches, and BDD. -Architect and implement automation frameworks across diverse tools and technologies, ensuring robust, scalable solutions. -Hire and grow QA teams, nurture individual skills, foster adaptability, and help teams positively embrace and implement change while working independently and cross-functionally. -Provide constructive, actionable feedback to inspire continuous improvement and drive higher team performance. -Manage conflict, foster team cohesion, and maintain transparent stakeholder communications to support business objectives.
