-Assisting with procurement, valuations, and cost reporting -Work on prestigious projects in London’s most sought after areas -Maintaining high standards of quality and budget control -Supporting the commercial lead across 1–3 concurrent projects -Collaborating with project teams and stakeholders

What You Bring

-Experience as a QS in prime residential or high end refurbishment -Working both on site (2–3 days per week) and from the office -Familiarity with 2 stage tendering -Strong communication and organisational skills

Benefits

Projects typically range from £10m to £40m, including Grade I and II listed properties, many of which are negotiated with long standing clients.
