Tasks

-Lead the rollout of spend tracking tools and reporting processes across projects. -Represent the organisation at external forums and events, including the Supply Nation Leadership Roundtable. -Build and nurture relationships with diverse suppliers, understanding their capabilities and aspirations and supporting them to meet our requirements. -Provide guidance on supplier engagement risks and opportunities. -Drive internal awareness and external collaboration to support supplier diversity outcomes. -Partner with bid and project teams to set and achieve procurement targets. -Support RAP implementation and contribute to procurement strategies in bids and projects. -Act as the relationship lead for key Supplier Diversity partners and maintain relevant memberships. -Pre-screen suppliers and manage approvals in the supplier portal. -Develop and implement consistent processes and best practices for supplier diversity engagement and outcomes. -Maintain and enhance resources such as dashboards, microsites, and business lookups to support team self-sufficiency. -Establish robust data collection and reporting systems to meet internal and external obligations.
