Tasks

-Assist with the installation of windows. -Maintain a safe and clean work environment. -Wear all required personal protective equipment (hearing, vision and hardhat protection). -Comply with Westlake’s Safety Policies. -Provide safety leadership in promoting and creating a zero-injury safety culture. -Assist all technicians that may require two people by climbing ladders of any size. -Furnish tools, materials and supplies to other workers. -Lift/move/transport items up to 50 pounds.

What You Bring

-Complete repetitive movements. -Must have great organization, communications and time management skills. -Must have the ability to multi-task. -Regular attendance, timeliness and scheduling flexibility. -Familiarity with tools and window installation is a plus. -Prolong standing or in stationary position. -Ability to work around dust, chemicals, and other substances, and in various environmental conditions. -Ability to move or traverse about the facilities. -Ability to handle physical workload. -Must be able to work independently and use good judgment. -Learn about installation practices. -Withstand exposure to temperature extremes inside or out. -Ability to change or adapt work practices, priorities, or procedures. -Ability to climb ladders. -Must have a high school diploma or equivalent. -Ability to maintain attention to detail. -Must possess strong communication and organizational skills. -Possess a Class C Driver’s license, have a safe driving record and comply with every applicable state and federal law pertaining to driving. -Ability to think and take constructive action in work-related matters. -Must be able to work well in a team environment.
