The Role

Overview

Provide training services, analysis and compliance for construction projects.

Tasks

-Coordinating leadership and other development programs as required by CIMIC/CPB -Delivering and assessing training solutions -Ensure compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements and all relevant Company and Group policies and processes -Increasing indigenous participation and supporting a company’s social inclusion policy -Assisting projects to meet training targets including the engagement of trainees and apprentices -Provide systems training and assistance to sites, during project start up and as required -Build and maintain productive relationships with Universities, RTOs etc to engage in the training and development of employees -Rail signalling works and communication, and integration and commission activities. -Assist new and existing sites to conduct Training Needs Analysis and propose training that complies with client expectations and relevant legislation for that project. -Assist Projects implement site Training Schemes -Where required provide end of month reporting statistics to Management -Where required, manage course budgets, participation statistics, and improvement requirements -Coordinate CPB leadership and other programs across the Business Unit -Delivering Project Inductions -Coordinating Graduate Programs (and other entry programs) -Provide input on training related issues, as requested, into tender bids for new projects. -Upgrade of seven suburban stations to the south

What You Bring

-Yr 12 certification -Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment (or equivalent) -Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to build positive working relationships at all levels -Minimum 3 years’ experience in training administration, delivery & / or development -Tertiary qualifications in education, HR or related discipline (desirable) -Strong organisational skills and self-motivated -Proven ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks and responsibilities -Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
