Overview
Perform mobile commercial HVAC/R maintenance, repairs, and inspections for client sites.

Tasks
-Perform assigned repairs, emergency, and preventive maintenance, while also completing / updating maintenance and repair records. -Communicate technical information clearly to both colleagues and clients. -Work within broad guidelines and policies to conduct inspections and ongoing maintenance on building HVAC and refrigeration equipment, ensuring compliance with applicable codes, regulations, and safety standards. General building maintenance will also be assigned as the need dictates. -Serve as a mentor by sharing your deep HVAC expertise and broad functional knowledge across job fields, while leading by example in alignment with CBRE RISE values. -Apply a knowledge of standard principles, techniques, and procedures to accomplish tasks and address non-routine problems. -Address equipment failures to determine the best course of action for equipment modifications. Apply your expertise to maintain, operate, and repair HVAC and refrigeration systems and associated equipment, including electrical distribution and plumbing systems. -Operate company-issued vehicles in the execution of daily work responsibilities.

What You Bring
-Advanced math skills, capable of computing mildly complex figures like percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations. -Valid driver's license required -Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, and Outlook, Teams, and experience with a CMMS. -Meet the physical requirements of this role including stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and the ability to lift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more. -High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma or equivalent experience with 4-5 years of job-related experience. -EPA/ CFC Universal Certification
