Overview
Coordinate testing & certification for door hardware products to ensure compliance.

Tasks
-Collaborating with Quality, Supply Chain, and Sustainability teams to ensure responsible product practices. -Supporting the Product Manager with fire certification coordination and Voice of the Customer (VOC) feedback. -Building strong relationships with industry bodies and test houses (e.g. GAI, DHF, BWF, BRE Group, Warrington, BSI). -Implementing and managing processes that ensure regulatory and HSQE compliance across product lifecycles. -Translating regulatory frameworks into clear, usable formats for Product Management and Sales teams. -Coordinating all product testing and certification to maintain a comprehensive, up-to-date portfolio. -Educating internal stakeholders on safety and compliance requirements.

What You Bring
-Ability to adapt technical content for non-technical audiences. -Excellent verbal and written communication, with engaging presentation skills. -Confidence and credibility to influence outcomes and build relationships. -Experience interpreting and communicating technical information. -A Product/Quality Management qualification is a plus. -A background in Product Management, Compliance, Testing, or Quality. -Strong project planning and process management skills. -High attention to detail and a systematic approach. -GCSE-level Maths and English (or equivalent).
