Tasks

-Lead, communicate, and coordinate teams, resources, and subcontractors effectively. -Participate in client meetings, contract finalization, and requirements development. -Manage project completion within specified time, budget, and quality standards. -Ensure full compliance with contracts, business systems, and WHSEQ policies. -Manage teams, contractors, and improve business processes to meet customer expectations. -Secure growth opportunities and initiate new projects. -Develop and monitor project budgets to achieve revenue, cost, and profit targets. -Conduct project reviews and create detailed reports for executive management. -Oversee project documentation, records, and regulatory compliance. -Participate in the tender process, including design, submission, and review. -Plan for risk mitigation and meet project deadlines.

What You Bring

-Experience in Life cycle asset replacement programs -Strong contract management skills for consultants, contractors, and suppliers. -Integrated services and property model experience. -Professional memberships (AIPM, Engineers Australia, AIQS) -Proven track record in project & Capex program delivery. -General Induction for the Construction Industry card. -Compliance with QA, OH&S, and environmental management systems. -Trade or technical background (e.g. HVAC, electrical, carpentry) -Adaptive problem-solving with a flexible approach. -Experience with PM software ( Aconex, Procore or equivalent ) -Engineering qualifications are not mandatory—strong delivery and communication capability are highly regarded. -Strong relationship management with a focus on key client relationships. -Diploma/Graduate Diploma of Project Management; or equivalent . -Experience in 24/7 live environment project delivery.
