What You Bring

-Demonstrated leadership, team-building, and strategic thinking abilities. -Strong technical proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, and other relevant software. -Licensure in the State of Alabama is required, with the ability to obtain licenses in other states where Watermark practices. -Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution. -Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work. -In-depth knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards. -Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Licensed Architect. -Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills. -Extensive architectural expertise across commercial, industrial, and municipal applications. -Proven project management experience, including managing budgets, schedules, and client expectations.
