Tasks

-Routine Maintenance: Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other systems as part of a 3 man team. -Repairs: Respond promptly to maintenance requests and oversee the repair of faults and malfunctions. -Documentation: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections. -Continuous Improvement: Propose improvements to enhance system efficiency and reduce downtime. -Vendor Management: Liaise and assist with external service providers for specialized repairs and installations when necessary. -Safety Compliance: Ensure all systems are in compliance with relevant health and safety standards and regulations.

What You Bring

-Communication: Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with management, vendors, and other staff. -Skills: Strong troubleshooting skills, knowledge of basic electrical and mechanical systems -Experience: Proven experience in maintenance engineering, preferably in a commercial or retail environment. -Education: Relevant trade qualification or certification in engineering, building maintenance, or a related field. (preferred)
