Overview

Craft luxury lodge interiors and structures as a skilled joiner

Tasks

-Install cabinets and counters, repair furniture, and assemble prefabricated structures -Interpret technical drawings and blueprints to ensure items are built to specifications and quality standards -Construct, install, and repair structures and fixtures made of wood, such as doors, frames, floors, and ceilings -Measure, cut, and shape wood, plastic, and other materials accurately based on project requirements -Ensure tools and equipment are well-maintained and in safe working condition -Maintain an organized and safe work environment -Work collaboratively with other tradespeople, both on-site and off-site

What You Bring

-Experience in the construction industry as a Joiner -Strong problem-solving and analytical skills -Health and safety awareness and compliance, including working at heights and using power tools safely -Excellent attention to detail and quality standards -Skilled in measuring, cutting, shaping, and assembling wood, plastic, and other materials -Extensive knowledge of woodworking techniques and tools -Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints

-Founded by park‑owner Sam Greaves and partner Andrew Hardman, YourRetreats began with a single bespoke lodge on a family farm in Rossendale. -They specialise in bespoke luxury lodges, residential park homes and glamping pods, crafted to BS 3632:2023 standards. -Typical builds include Scandinavian‑inspired ‘Marka’, caravan‑act compliant ‘Kos’, and glamping ‘Heptapod’ models. -They combine premium materials, LED‑fronted lighting, open‑plan interiors and optional solar/battery technology. -They serve holiday‑park owners and residential‑park operators seeking bespoke, high‑occupancy, high‑return properties. -They complement each build with a full factory tour experience and standout after‑sales support.
