-Operate equipment remotely to maintain safety and efficiency of on-site operations (e.g., opening breakers, moving trackers). -Monitor operations for 50+ solar sites (including a growing number of BESS-related facilities). -Support warranty teams by identifying and reporting equipment malfunctions for claim submissions. -Respond proactively to alerts, ensuring proper communication across internal teams (e.g., maintenance, warranty, utility operators). -Follow operating instructions from utilities, including adjusting plant voltage levels and reactive power outputs. -Provide technical insights and train fellow operators, sharing specialized BESS knowledge.
