Tasks

As Head of Sales, you’ll take ownership of our sales performance and play a key role in shaping our future growth. You’ll lead a dynamic sales team, build relationships with contractors, developers, and distributors, and identify new opportunities to expand our market share in a competitive sector. -Work closely with the operations, marketing, and specification teams to ensure seamless project delivery and client satisfaction. -Build and maintain strong relationships with key distributors, retailers and contractors. -Develop and deliver a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with company growth objectives. -Prepare accurate sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for senior leadership. -Identify new business opportunities in both existing and emerging market segments. -Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve ambitious revenue targets. -Analyse market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy and pricing decisions.
