What You Bring

-Must be able to work independently and carry out detailed instructions -Must be able to perform manual duties and lift up to 60 pounds. -Must be able to climb in and out of trenches multiple times per day. -Willingness to work nights and weekends -Ability to work and operate equipment in a safe and consistent manner -Must be able to work in trench for several hours without stopping. -Ability to understand and interpret grade information -Must have a basic knowledge of soil types, trenching and shoring -Must provide own transportation to and from work -Read and interpret grade instruments (example: rules, grade rods, carpenter levels and lasers) -Must withstand vibration from job site conditions as well as noise from other equipment. -Must be able to use arms, hands, and feet in repetitive motions.
