The Role

Overview

Manage receipt, storage, and dispatch of materials, ensuring accurate stock control.

Tasks

-Assist with packing of components for despatch -Receiving all deliveries and ensuring they are booked in. -Assist with domestic and international transport requirements -Liaising with Quality Department, Purchasing and suppliers about deliveries and discrepancies in stock -Purchasing stock items through the companies supplier list -Assist with management and improvement of stores area. -Liaise with relevant project managers on requisitioned / ordered items -Housekeeping of the stores area. -Overseeing stock levels, ensuring materials are stored correctly and maintain accurate record -Organising goods within the stores and ensuring they are stored accurately and in a safe manor -Prepare and collate despatch documentation

What You Bring

We specialise in contracting and rotating machine services, and our expertise in repairing and maintaining motors and generators is backed by over 100 years of experience in the field. -Basic IT skills -High degree of accuracy and attention to detail -Good time management and be able to prioritise your own workload -Self-motivation, good communication skills -Previous experience as a stores person -Full driving licence -Wood working skills -Previous experience in stock control
