Overview

Operate forklifts, cut wood, load/unload/store building materials, and handle inventory.

Tasks

-Maintains cleanliness and tidiness in working and assigned area. -Performs daily inspection and maintenance of equipment. -Operate forklift in compliance with forklift training and safety guidelines. -Prepare the paperwork required for distribution and shipping of products. -Cutting pieces of Wood -Load/unload/store building materials from trailers or rail cars while minimizing damage. -Assists in periodic inventory counts as requested. -Store and retrieve material (piece pick and/or bulk)

What You Bring

-Ability to operate a chainsaw and/or saw -Ability to understand and follow directions -Work with safe and reliable machinery. -Ability to proficiently and safely use forklift to transport product, load/unload trucks -One year or recent forklift/warehouse experience -Safe work record and stable work history -Ability to read/comprehend sales orders, purchase orders, safety material, etc. -Ability to work independently at times under pressure -Detail oriented and organized, basic math skills -Customer Centric -Ability to handle physical tasks, such as lifting up to 75 lbs.
