The Role

Overview

Coordinate BIM digital processes, ensuring ISO 19650 compliance and tool implementation.

Tasks

-Contribute content towards the production of monthly reports to identify and measure digital implementation and maturity within the business unit and across relevant projects -Responsible for raising awareness and the profile of digital implementation within the business unit / project functional departments including business development, work winning, estimating, design management, building services, commercial, planning, operational and SHEQ driving our cultural and behavioural change to a digital first mentality -Can discuss openBIM standards such as IFC and COBie to support information interoperability -Liaise with the information management team to ensure the use of the common data environment (CDE) is set-up, adhering to ISO 19650 -Contribute to the BIM Execution Plan and other documents that are produced for the project(s) -Supporting the project team(s) with fulfilling standards, methods and procedures using specified software and workflows.

What You Bring

-Good level of FM knowledge and strong initiative -Some knowledge and understanding of Solibri -Good understanding of the ISO 19650 series of documents -Understanding and experience of appropriate software tools to view and interrogate models
