Tasks

-Write responses to Requests for Proposals and Requests for Qualifications for various clients and marketing opportunities -Manage and deliver tasks under minimal supervision and guidance -Our Practice Builders manage their projects profitably, transition work to qualified staff, grow and mentor staff, and act as a positive leader and mentor -Mentor and coordinate the work of designers and other technical staff on various mechanical or multi-discipline projects

What You Bring

-Experience producing engineering and energy studies including comcheck, Title 24 -15+ years of related experience -Experience in AutoCAD and Revit is a plus -Registered Professional Engineer (P.E.) license -Requires the ability to oversee the MEP design of projects from concept to completion, including continuous interface with the design team and clients. -Proven design experience with plumbing systems including water, sewer, and gas -Proven design experience with comfort and MEP systems and related controls -Experience mentoring and coordinating the work of EITs, designers, and other technical staff on various mechanical or multi-discipline projects -Able to manage and deliver tasks under minimal supervision and guidance -Ability to work individually or in a multi-discipline team -Strong verbal and written communication skills and critical thinking ability -Strong desire to grow and lead a MEP practice
