Overview

Audit US operations, assess controls, ensure compliance with US regulations and GAAP.

Tasks

-Perform review of critical processes and transactions including payments, treasury activities, MIS reporting and compliance related operations etc. -Prepare clear, concise and timely observations and reports to the line manager -Discuss deficiencies and recommend corrective action to improve operations and reduce costs. -Validate adherence to internal policies and applicable US regulatory standards for each state. -Identify process gaps, control deficiencies, and potential risk exposure to US operations. -Verify payroll processing for US operations and related tax regulations and filing -Stay up to date with relevant laws, regulations in the US and industry best practices related to internal auditing. -Maintain accurate and up-to-date audit documentation and reports.

What You Bring

US Audit Experience Required -Proficient MS Excel skills and proficiency in the use of audit and accounting software -Minimum 4 years of experience in auditing. -Bachelor’s/master’s degree in commerce/accounts & finance -Strong Knowledge of US regulations, US GAAP and other regulatory requirements in US. -Working knowledge of SAP is preferred.
