Coordinates project documentation, manages SharePoint repository, and supports project managers.

Tasks

-Under the general direction of the Project Manager, establish and maintain a centralized document repository in Microsoft SharePoint. -Occasional overnight travel to construction sites. -Monitor project mailboxes daily to ensure all essential documents are captured, properly stored, and accessible to relevant team members. -Retrieve, track, and organize project documentation from multiple sources, including file transfer systems, construction management software, and email correspondence. -Assist the Project Manager in managing assigned project tasks and deliverables. -Review and provide coordination support for project-related materials such as technical memoranda, design plans, and specifications.

-Familiarity with construction practices, workflows, and documentation (RFIs, submittals, drawings, etc.). -Demonstrated team collaboration skills and abilitiy to support multiple project managers. -Customer-oriented, a positive, team-oriented attitude, flexibility, an understanding of the business issues driving the need for the project, and solid work ethic are expected. -Demonstrated ability to make decisions independently, influence others and resolve issues. -Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to detail. -Working knowledge of document management tools, such as: -Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams). -Demonstrated strong written and verbal communications skills and ability to work as part of a team. -At least two years relevant work experience. -Understanding of construction terminology and project documentation standards. -Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain organization under tight deadlines. -Microsoft SharePoint -Knowledge of utility methods, techniques and procedures involved in budgeting, procurement and contract administration. -Two year Associate’s Degree or better in Engineering or related discipline, or equivalent combination of education and experience. -Basic knowledge of cost estimating and scheduling concepts.
