Provide front-of-house hospitality and admin support on Sundays at a retirement village.

Tasks

-Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment across hospitality and reception areas. -Provide a professional, warm reception service for residents, visitors, and colleagues. -Support payroll preparation and general administration tasks for the Village Manager and wider team. -Deliver food, beverage, and retail services to a high standard, ensuring every experience is positive and memorable. -Manage telephone calls, visitor access, and booking systems for guest suites, event spaces, and meeting rooms. -Respond promptly and confidently to fire alarms and first aid situations (training provided).

What You Bring

-Previous experience in both waiting (hospitality service) and reception roles. -Calm under pressure, with excellent communication skills -Fire safety trained -First Aid trained -Ability to drive (due to location and potential duties). -Organised, reliable, and able to work independently -Confident and comfortable attending to fire alarms and first aid situations (training provided). -Full training for fire safety and first aid.
