The Role
Overview
Perform and lead maintenance on manufacturing equipment to ensure uptime and efficiency.

Tasks
-Coordinate maintenance tasks and prioritize work to align with production needs. -Lead maintenance-related projects such as equipment upgrades, installations, or reconfigurations. -Lead or assist with major equipment repairs and minimize production downtime. -Perform routine, preventive, and predictive maintenance on manufacturing equipment, including CNC machines, conveyors, stamping presses, and hydraulic/pneumatic systems. -Diagnose and resolve equipment malfunctions quickly and efficiently. -Participate in safety audits and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. -Ensure strict adherence to company safety policies and industry best practices. -Provide technical mentorship and support to junior maintenance personnel. -Manage parts and supplies inventory; place orders as necessary to avoid shortages. -Maintain accurate records, logs, and reports on all maintenance activities. -Track and manage project timelines, budgets, and documentation. -Collaborate closely with production, quality, and engineering teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.

What You Bring
-Knowledge of industry safety standards and OSHA regulations. -Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. -Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings. -Technical Maintenance Certificate and a minimum of 3 years of related experience, OR Minimum 5 years of hands-on maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment without a certificate. -Familiarity with maintenance software, tools, and diagnostic equipment. -Experience with Omron, Mitsubishi, or Allen Bradley PLCs is strongly preferred. -Willingness to work at heights or in confined spaces. -Ability to stand, walk, and reach for extended periods. -Expertise in troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. -Must be able to lift and carry up to 80 pounds. -Strong communication skills with the ability to work independently or collaboratively. -Experience with mechanical stamping presses is preferred. -Leadership experience and project coordination skills are a plus. -Ability to climb stairs and use ladders, lifts, or vehicles as needed. -Ability to work overtime is a must (Weekends included)
