Tasks

-Support project teams and leadership with scheduling, document preparation, and communication needs -Format, finalize, and assemble proposals and other documents in Word and PDF formats -Perform general office administration duties, including handling mail, maintaining supplies, and coordinating day-to-day office needs -Assist in maintaining an organized and professional office environment

What You Bring

-Excellent written and verbal communication skills -Ability to work in the Quincy office 3–4 days per week the option to work remotely 1-2 days per week -High school diploma or GED required -Familiarity with VantagePoint or Resource Planning software a plus -Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities -Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) -Experience with Adobe Acrobat and/or Bluebeam preferred
