Tasks

-Collect, review, and process employee timekeeping data, including hours worked, overtime, leave balances, and other relevant information in strict accordance with company and Owner requirements -Manage subcontractor and vendor compliance -Ensure accuracy of construction project costs and documentation including materials, equipment, rentals, and subcontracts

What You Bring

-Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills -Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously -Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret financial data and provide insights -Familiarity with construction terminology and processes is advantageous -Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a friendly and approachable demeanor
