Tasks
Reporting to the National Executive Team, the State Manager will be responsible for the overall performance of the Queensland business. You will lead a motivated team, manage client relationships at a senior level, and ensure the delivery of high-quality services across a diverse portfolio. This role offers autonomy, accountability, and the opportunity to make a significant impact in a high-growth environment. -Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring service excellence and retention. -Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing operations and support team. -Implement best practice operational systems, processes, and compliance frameworks. -Act as a visible, hands-on leader across sites, clients, and teams. -Drive business development opportunities across existing and new accounts. -Full responsibility for the P&L of the Queensland business, delivering sustainable growth and profitability.

With experience in soft services, facilities management, or trade services, you will bring operational discipline, client focus, and an ability to drive performance. -Proven client engagement and relationship management expertise. -Commercial acumen with the ability to balance growth with operational excellence. -A track record of successfully managing P&L and delivering growth. -Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and lead teams from the front. -Experience in services industries such as cleaning, facilities, trade, or related sectors.
