d. To ensure the smooth functioning of the Facility Operations. e. To work within approved budgets. -Daily Briefing Facility Engineer about Planned activities and major Building compliant -Coordinating with clients for any pending complaints, bills, etc. -Every month prepare material snag list and coordinate with multiple vendors for quotations. -Daily checking all Technical Report, Daily Reports. -Coordinating with the Vendors -Completing services as per PPM & facility Upkeep Calendar -Daily facility workaround checklist -Ensuring END to End services under facility management
