The Role

Overview

Plan and schedule production for prototype/low‑volume EV and eVTOL builds.

Tasks

-Update production plans in line with engineering changes and revised requirements. -Manage capacity planning, resource allocation and workload sequencing to meet delivery milestones. -Monitor day-to-day production progress and adjust plans to manage changes or bottlenecks. -Identify shortages or constraints early and take corrective action to maintain schedule integrity. -Translate engineering requirements and Bills of Materials into accurate build plans and material demand. -Maintain up-to-date production trackers, reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders. -Provide clear, timely updates to internal teams on schedule status, risks and upcoming activities. -Support build and assembly teams to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks. -Ensure all materials, components, consumables and tooling are available ahead of each build. -Work closely with engineering, procurement, quality and operations to ensure build readiness. -Build, manage and maintain production schedules across prototype and low-volume manufacturing activities. -Work closely with procurement and suppliers to track part status and align deliveries with production needs.

What You Bring

-Proficiency with planning software, spreadsheets and tracking tools. -Strong understanding of BoMs, manufacturing processes and prototype/low-volume production workflows. -Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively within rapid-change environments. -Full UK driving licence preferred. -Background in engineering, aerospace, motorsport, technology or other fast-paced technical environments. -Proven experience in production planning, material planning, build coordination or manufacturing operations.

Benefits

Salary: £40,000–£50,000 (negotiable depending on experience)
