Tasks

-Prepare comprehensive technical reports for clients. -Manage research, field activities, and report preparation. -Mentor and guide junior staff. -Review and revise reports prepared by junior staff. -Coordinate with junior staff during the Phase I ESA process. -Develop conclusions and recommendations based on data analysis. -Conduct technical reviews and sign off as an Environmental Professional (EP) on Phase I ESAs. -Communicate findings to clients effectively.

What You Bring

-8-10 years or more of experience in technically reviewing and providing sign-off on Phase I ESAs. -Experience preparing Lender Phase I ESAs. -Ability to mentor and lead junior staff. -Experience preparing equity purchase Phase I ESAs. -Interpret data and information accurately. -8-10 years of experience performing Phase I ESAs. -Attention to detail. -Bachelor’s degree in geology, environmental science, engineering, or a related science field. -Strong communication skills. -Proficiency in environmental remediation, report writing, and report preparation.
