  • Own the Solution, ensuring that any non-Product requirements are reviewed
  • Prepare work breakdown structure, work instructions, estimation tools by working with subject matter experts and prepare a solution package.
  • Own the Delivery Model and Tools (e.g. JIRA, Confluence)
  • Responsible for the documentation of requirements, schedule and WBS for any Change Requests within the Project
  • Confirm the completion of deliverables against milestones and stage reviews.
  • Acts as a go-to person for subordinates both in terms of solution expertise but also in terms of performance management and professional development.
  • Proactively engages with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and design solutions.
  • The Delivery Manager is to attend the Scheduled Project Review Meetings supporting the Project Manager. In addition, candidate shall conduct regular Technical Internal/ External Meetings and daily Stand-Up meetings (AGILE Scrum) with team
  • Liaise with the Product Engineering Team, manage the Testing and Defect strategy and to work in conjunction with the Project Manager to enable the completion of the Project to Cost, Quality and Schedule
  • Incorporate the project Governance Processes into the Planning and manage the handover to support activities.
  • Lead the Partners and any Services Engineers assigned to the Project, assigning Work Packages and ensuring the reviews on technical landscape
  • Responsible for generating the activities as per the agreed project RACI matrix.
  • Responsible for any technical workshops held with the Customer during Design stage and generating the documentation and attending document reviews
  • Responsible for the Environment Strategy for the Project and Support Teams,
  • Own End-to-End responsibility on the Delivery of Asset management solution of projects to meet the contracted requirements, timeline and quality commitments.
  • Collaborate with the Project Manager in relation to the Project Scope, ensuring that the deliverables are in accordance with the Scope of Work
  • Attend the Project Internal and Partner/ Customer Meetings as well as hold regular Technical Internal and External Meetings with the team

  • Ability to drive project from concept to commissioning
  • Excellent stakeholder management and ability to deal with multiple functions/ projects in parallel.
  • Has the ability to lead a team of 8-10 people with motivation and high energy level
  • Rich experience on customer understandings, integrated system applications & troubleshooting.
  • Sound knowledge of GEV EMS/ DMS application suite (Ser 3)
  • Has the ability to analyse impact of technology choices.
  • Understanding of the complete lifecycle of the project and deliverables
  • Experience working with global teams / partners.
  • Strong oral and written communications skills.
  • Skilled in negotiation to align stakeholders and communicate a single synthesized perspective to the create a Win-Win scenario.
  • 10+ years of experience in T&D Domain and implementation services
  • Prior experience of Product management for software solution offerings would be highly desirable.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to make formal and informal presentation.
  • Skilled in breaking down problems, documenting problem statements & estimating efforts.
  • Strong written, and interpersonal communication skills.
