Tasks

-Assists with executing the project automation plan​ -Arranges, prepares, and conducts meetings, workshops, and presentations as required​ -Provides automation support to teams on project, including setup, training, application and process, software quality assurance and control, reporting, database administration, and close-out of all construction automation software’s and applications ​ -Customizes applications as required by customer​ -Develops performance curves, metrics, trackers, and user feedback to show trends and use in improvements​ -Tests and supports data integration of new releases of production software/programs​ -Evaluates and coordinates the implementation of new automation modules and tools​ -Digital process implementation. -Coordinate construction requirements with project IT lead/manager to ensure they’re incorporated in the project automation plan -Prepares user guides and training material and delivers training​

What You Bring

-Knowledge of engineering and construction methods and processes customarily acquired over time through specialized instruction or practical experience -Experience with other database platforms is desirable. -Excellent communication and problem solving skills. -Applies knowledge of database management, programming skills, and 3D tools, to support team and project construction planning, work packaging, progress reporting, material management, turnover/completions, workforce management and timekeeping -Advanced level capability with MS Excel and Access. -A good understanding of Bechtel standard and nuclear construction work processes and procedures is desirable. -Experience with other BSAPs. -Extensive knowledge of TEAMWorks and associated applications is required. -Requires bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 5-8 years of relevant experience or 9-12 years of relevant work experience.
