Tasks

-Encouraging and collaborative team environment. -Demonstrate and train customers how to use their equipment properly. -Maintain and manage an accurate parts inventory at levels that ensure a first-time fix. -Keep your manager in the loop about your customers’ satisfaction, any potential sales opportunities, or any recurring problems. -Install, service, troubleshoot, repair, and perform maintenance on retail products and equipment at customer sites. -Keep track of your work orders via computer, including products serviced, work performed, hours and parts utilized.

What You Bring

-Must have mechanical aptitude and be able to use hand and power tools. -Capable of performing physical labor to include carrying and moving equipment and tools up to 50-70 lbs. -Ability to travel and work overtime as needed. -Able to work in unusual and sometimes difficult positions such as climbing ladders, scaffolding and high lift equipment up to 40 feet, working within ducts, crawl spaces, above ceilings, etc. -Working Knowledge of MS Office and basic PC skills. -Highly organized, strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently. -TRS - Networking 101 -Ability to mentor and train others -Ability to perform service on more complete integrated solutions. -Strong organizational skills, positive attitude, and ability to learn quickly. -General knowledge of electronics required. -Excellent written and oral skills -Competed basic EAS and Video training and certifications. -Network Certification - Full competency in all required networking, advanced performance. -3 years prior work experience in related field. -High School Diploma or GED -Certified in all Video & RFID solutions currently sold and serviced by Retail – preferred. -Networking Fundamentals Part One: Network Addresses -Networking Fundamentals -Must be capable of working independently or as a team. -Ability to obtain state license as required for all pertinent states. (State Dependent) -Able to read and interpret blueprints and Scope documents. -2 years associate degree in Electronics and/or Networking, or technical military equivalent required. -Must have a valid driver’s license.
