The Role

Overview

Service and repair of EWP, forklifts, telehandlers and related equipment

Key Responsibilities

Tasks

-Liaise with service coordinators for parts, scheduling, and customer updates -Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical faults across fleet machinery -Complete accurate job cards, service reports, and pre/post-hire documentation -Respond to breakdowns and conduct field service call-outs as required -Maintain high workshop standards and adhere to WHS and AS2550 requirements -Service, inspect, and repair EWP and forklift equipment (electric, LPG, diesel) -Carry out scheduled preventative maintenance, safety checks, and compliance inspections

What You Bring

-Certificate III in Engineering - Mechanical, Plant, Heavy Vehicle, or Auto Trade -Modern fleet, up-to-date diagnostic tools, service vehicles, and workshop facilities -Ability to travel for call-outs and independent field service work -Current Driver’s Licence - HR/MR beneficial -EWP / High-Risk Work Licence (CN, WP, DG) - Highly regarded -Stable, full-time role with consistent hours and overtime potential -Able to pass a pre-employment medical and D&A screen -Strong fault-finding skills across hydraulics, engines, and electrical systems -3-5+ years’ experience with EWP, forklifts, telehandlers, or lifting equipment -Forklift Licence (LF) & White Card - Essential
