Tasks
-Promote Komatsu’s lifecycle value proposition and support our commitment to operational excellence. -Use CRM and data insights to forecast needs, identify trends, and drive growth opportunities. -Manage a defined portfolio of customers, maintaining regular contact through structured engagement plans. -Prepare accurate quotes and follow up to maximise conversion and retention. -Build strong, lasting relationships by providing proactive sales support and aftermarket solutions. -Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues quickly and deliver seamless customer experiences.

What You Bring
-Sound computer literacy (Microsoft Suite essential). -Proven experience in customer account management, sales, or parts/service support. -Strong communication, relationship-building, and organisational skills. -Previous experience in construction, mining, or industrial equipment sectors is highly regarded. -Proactive mindset with the ability to identify customer opportunities and follow through. -Commercial awareness and comfort working with CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics or similar).
