Tasks

-Drive productivity, operational efficiency, and cross-departmental collaboration. -Collaborate with executive leadership on site-level growth plans. -Support long-term facility improvements and strategic initiatives. -Collaborate on product launches and process enhancements. -Champion a culture of continuous improvement and accountability. -Direct and develop a team of supervisors and leads. -Implement Lean, Six Sigma, and 5S practices to streamline operations. -Contribute to annual budgeting and capital planning. -Lead operations across injection molding, assembly, paint lines, maintenance, quality, and engineering. -Monitor production KPIs and resolve bottlenecks proactively. -Maintain high levels of employee engagement, retention, and performance. -Enforce strict adherence to OSHA, environmental, and customer quality standards. -Oversee workforce planning, training, and development initiatives. -Partner with QA to address non-conformances, customer feedback, and corrective actions.

What You Bring

-Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, or related field preferred. -Expertise in Lean manufacturing, KPI tracking, and process optimization. -7+ years in manufacturing leadership, preferably in injection molding or automotive. -Proven ability to lead large-scale teams and manage complex operations. -Strong communicator and motivator with a track record of team development.
