Partner with recommendation team and engineers to drive opportunities.
Follow up on recommendations and quotes, ensuring the customer understands the reasoning and positive impact our upgrades will have.
Provide excellent customer care (from understanding needs to keeping contact with ETA’s, timescales, etc.) Manage each order (including stock orders) throughout the process of quotation and right through to the signing off the works.
Work with the commercial seller and Key Account Managers (KAM’s) for leads not suitable for install.
Responsible for the quotes for all small works that come via the recommendation team, commercials, KAM’s or other outlets such as the enquiries via the office admin.

Ability to lift and climb ladders – it would be an advantage if you had an IPAF 3a & b cherry picker license
