What You Bring

-Proven success in large, matrixed organisations delivering high-level L&D outcomes. -Expertise in employee performance management, compliance, and customer-focused service delivery. -Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, HR Core, Downer Learning, and JDEGS. -Experience implementing leadership competency frameworks and managing employee engagement programs. -High-level influencing, interpersonal, and relationship-building capabilities. -Minimum 8 years' experience in a similar role, including leadership team exposure. -A bachelor's qualification in Adult Education or Human Resources. -Strong strategic thinking, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills.
