Tasks

-Implements commissioning strategies in line with Mace standards, including IST, ATPs, and Soft Landings, while driving project close-out activities. -Manages MEP construction delivery, including programme adherence, health, safety & wellbeing, quality assurance, and commissioning. -Leads programme reviews with trade specialists, utilizing digital tools to monitor productivity, resolve blockers, and manage trade coordination, while identifying risks to the critical path. -Promotes continuous improvement, identifying risks, producing mitigation plans, and contributing to net zero carbon transition through proactive carbon management. -Supports the MEP Lead by ensuring compliance with Mace standards across all construction activities and site environments. -Directs the Quality Assurance process, ensuring high standards of installation and adherence to agreed procedures by all contractors and consultants. -Deploys strategic project plans aligned with Mace’s operating framework, focusing on initiatives like Prefabrication (C2P), Commissioning, and Safety. -Coordinates with key stakeholders, building strong relationships with Clients, Consultants, Trade Contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
