-Reconcile supplier and sub-contractor statements and work with the vendors and our businesses to resolve past due invoices -Maintain well organised and accurate filing, following the tidy desk policy -Actively monitor the shared Mailbox account and within policies -Managing the Purchase Ledger functions based on assigned letters of the alphabet and for multiple legal entities -Verify/process all invoices and credit notes following procedures in SAP
