Handle homeowner queries, coordinate repairs, and manage warranty defects.

Tasks
-Coordinate and schedule Maintenance Technicians, Engineers, and subcontractors to resolve issues promptly. -Be the first point of contact for homeowners, handling customer care calls and emails efficiently and professionally. -Liaise with internal teams, contractors, and customers to ensure high-quality, timely repairs and service. -Order materials, organise site visits, and maintain accurate records to support the smooth running of the department. -Prepare correspondence, reports, and documentation to keep customers informed throughout the process. -Record, track, and manage all warranty defects and communications using the company’s database. -Support the Customer Care Manager in driving improvements in customer satisfaction and HBF ‘Recommended’ scores.

What You Bring
-Experience in a maintenance/customer care coordination role. -Able to demonstrate efficiency and reliability in previous roles. -Great Interpersonal, communication and relationship skills. -Ability to think ahead and forecast customer issues. -Ability to work independently, prioritise work and take initiative. -Face-to-face customer services experience. -Ideally experience in the housebuilding industry in a similar role
