Tasks

-Lead the sales process: Own and deliver sales targets within the insurance portfolio (Life, General, or Group segments). Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation through to contract negotiation and closing, utilizing your strategic sales acumen to overcome challenges and secure deals. -Build thought leadership: Maintain a deep understanding of insurance industry trends, such as core system modernisation, embedded distribution, API-based ecosystems, and AI-led automation. Establish strong connections with key decision-makers, becoming a trusted advisor and thought leader. -Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with our technology, operations, and marketing teams to craft compelling proposals and value propositions for core system modernisation, data and AI, embedded insurance enablement, and ecosystem orchestration. -Develop and execute account plans: Create comprehensive strategies to cultivate existing accounts, maximize their potential, and foster long-term partnerships. -Identify and pursue new business opportunities: Proactively research and target potential insurance clients, developing compelling proposals and presentations that showcase our value proposition. -Understand market trends and client needs: Stay informed about the evolving insurance sector landscape, identifying emerging opportunities and tailoring our solutions to address specific client challenges.

What You Bring

Overview: We are seeking a Client Partner – Insurance Sector who combines strategic account leadership, business development acumen, and delivery oversight expertise. This individual will serve as the primary relationship lead for our insurance clients (Life, General, or Composite), responsible for driving account growth, ensuring delivery excellence, and enabling large-scale insurance core modernisation and digital transformation programs. The ideal candidate will be adept at advising CXOs on transformation strategy, while also ensuring the successful delivery of complex, multi-vendor programs across policy administration, claims, underwriting, and ecosystem integration. -Strong network within the insurance industry: Existing connections with key players within the insurance industry, including insurers, brokers, regulators, and technology partners. -Strong relationship-building skills: Proven ability to build trust, rapport, and lasting connections with insurance clients. -Proven track record in sales and business development: Demonstrated success in identifying, securing, and closing new business deals within the insurance sector. -Deep understanding of the insurance landscape: Extensive knowledge of key pain points, aspirations, and relevant regulations. -Strategic sales acumen: Expertise in developing and executing effective sales strategies, tailoring approaches to specific customer segments. -Exceptional communication and presentation skills: Ability to articulate complex information clearly and persuasively, both verbally and in writing.
