What You Bring

-Experience using SAP and Jira Board for workflow and task management. -Have an excellent telephone manner with the ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels. -Basic understanding of HSSE principles and facilities operations. -Previous experience working as a receptionist or administrative assistant. -Ability to prioritise a diverse workload. -Intermediate computer skills across the Microsoft suite of products. -Be able to work under pressure and adapt to changing and competing demands. -Experience in invoice processing and general administrative coordination. -Adelaide based
