-Supporting in facilitating logistics of functional group and handling special projects as assigned. -Performing office tasks such as filing, maintaining records, processing transactions and other similar duties. -Providing basic support by handling a wide variety of administrative functions within a functional area. -Preparing reports, presentations or correspondence. Following organizational and departmental procedures to complete tasks

What You Bring

-Have some knowledge of practices and procedures of the department. -Have good communication and analytical skills. Must be able to work well with stringent deadlines and possess good organizational skills. -Experience in SAP / ARIBA -Have High School Diploma or equivalent and at least 3 years office administrative experience. -Expert computer skills including advanced knowledge of MS Office software packages and/or advanced knowledge of company-specific databases -Commitment to customer service and ability to work in team-oriented environment.
