Tasks

-Estimating and or for the right candidate, taking on QS duties including procurement, cost reporting and valuations -Deliver detailed estimating from enquiry through tender submission, covering labour, materials, methodology and rates -Liaise with Project Directors, site teams and supply chain to build robust tenders

What You Bring

Estimator or Estimator/QS -Values relationship based business, high standards of workmanship and consistent client delivery -Proven Estimator or Estimator/QS, ideally from a similar main contractor. -Comfortable working in a traditional estimating environment (spreadsheets, manual build ups) rather than relying entirely on software -Based in office 5 days a week initially (with future flexibility possible) -Strong analytical, numerical and organisational skills; able to develop rates and pricing structures -Currently using spreadsheet-based systems but are keen to invest in estimating software
