Senior Pursuits Coordinator

Overview

Coordinate and produce proposals, qualifications, and marketing assets for engineering pursuits.

Tasks

-Proofreads, edits, formats, and enhances pursuit narratives and graphical elements using Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat) to create visually compelling, accurate, and compliant documents. -Supports multiple pursuits simultaneously, including analyzing requirements, editing team contributions, coordinating logistics, and complying with specifications and deadlines. -Manages/Coordinates qualification packages with external clients. -Collaborates with the East Pursuits Director, Proposal/Pursuit team members, and key project stakeholders to develop and manage RFP/Q deadlines, create impactful proposals and presentations, and produce high-quality marketing collateral for both prime consultant and subconsultant projects. -Adheres to established procedures, using departmental tools to review project requirements, assign action items, ensure compliance, and maintain strict schedules and deadlines.

What You Bring

-Excellent communication skills – verbal, writing, editing, proofreading, and formatting skills. -Graphic design experience is a plus. -A/E/C industry experience preferred but not required. -5+ years of relevant work experience, with a focus on corporate qualifications, proposals, and marketing. -Project management, collaboration, and team-building skills. -Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage projects independently. -Bachelor’s degree in marketing and/or communications, journalism, graphic arts, or other related fields. -Must be proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud products specifically InDesign (Note: strong knowledge and utilization is a requirement). -Must be proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, and Excel).
