Tasks

Your work will include mobilizing/demobilizing crews, supervising daily construction activities, conducting safety and quality inspections, coordinating with project managers, facility staff, subcontractors, architects, and engineers, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. Lead healthcare construction projects from preconstruction through closeout! You’ll oversee schedules, budgets, quality, and safety while coordinating subcontractors and ensuring compliance with infection control standards. This is a dynamic, hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives managing field operations across multiple sites.

What You Bring

💪 Experience: 5+ years as a superintendent on commercial or healthcare construction projects 💼 Traveling Healthcare Construction Superintendent -Proven experience managing healthcare or commercial construction projects -Preferred: OSHA 30, First Aid/CPR certification, commissioning experience -Knowledge of construction methodologies, infection control (ICRA), and OSHA standards -Comfortable reading blueprints, specifications, and construction documents -Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills -Team-oriented, adaptable, and practical — able to drive results in a fast-paced environment -Hands-on field experience in supervising subcontractors, quality inspections, and scheduling
