Tasks

-Repair and maintain power generation equipment at various customer sites. -Provide exceptional customer service both internally and externally by communicating effectively to ensure their needs are met. -Conduct preventative and reactive maintenance of power generation equipment, including troubleshooting and diagnosing mechanical and electrical issues. -Comply with safety policies, procedures, and promote a safe working environment. -Respond to emergency repair calls and breakdowns, ensuring minimal downtime for the customer.

What You Bring

-Minimum 3 years’ experience working with power generation equipment, including experience with mechanical and electrical systems. -Possess strong IT skills to keep accurate records of work performed, including parts used, labour hours, expenses, and provide detailed reports to the Service Manager. -Strong technical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and diagnose complex issues. -Relevant Trade Certificate. -Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to safety. -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and team members.
