Tasks

-Ensure technical excellence and compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies. -Establish program requirements, including budgets, schedules, and deliverables, and ensure adherence to these criteria. -Participate in negotiations with regulatory agencies and represent the company in public meetings to support client objectives. -Monitor project progress, including milestones, budgets, and schedules, and provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders. -Support business development efforts by identifying opportunities for additional work and fostering long-term client relationships. -Foster a collaborative and results-driven work environment. -Mobilize resources and build high-performing project teams by leveraging internal and external expertise. -Act as the primary representative of the company, maintaining strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers. -Provide mentorship and guidance to project managers and team members, including input on performance reviews and development plans. -Negotiate changes to the scope of work with the client and ensure alignment with project goals. -Provide strategic direction to ensure project objectives align with client expectations and organizational goals. -Ensure compliance with local regulations, environmental standards, and safety requirements. -Oversee the development and implementation of project plans, including Health and Safety Plans, Quality Assurance/Quality Control Plans, and Work Plans. -Identify potential risks, cost overruns, or delays, and develop actionable plans to mitigate these issues. -Assign responsibilities to key subordinates, ensuring optimal utilization of their skills and expertise. -Plan, direct, supervise, and control all business, technical, fiscal, and administrative functions of the assigned program or project.

What You Bring

-Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information to diverse audiences. -Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making capabilities. -Proven track record of managing multi-million-dollar projects from inception to completion. -Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution -Familiarity with local regulations, permitting processes, and environmental standards. -Minimum 20 years of experience in construction supervision and project management -Proficiency in project management software and tools. -Demonstrated ability to lead and manage multi-disciplinary teams in a fast-paced environment. -In-depth knowledge of construction processes, project management methodologies, and industry best practices. -Extensive experience in the construction of large-scale infrastructure projects, with a strong focus on bridges, interchanges, and highways.
