Tasks

-Working closely with managers and employees, providing first-line HR support and advice. -Supporting Employee Relations (ER) matters – with training and guidance provided if you’re new to this area. -Helping to deliver a positive employee experience in a fast-paced and growing environment. -Supporting the team across the entire employee lifecycle – from onboarding to offboarding. -Assisting with day-to-day HR operations, processes, and administration.

What You Bring

-A proactive, organised individual with great attention to detail. -Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach. -Previous HR Coordinator experience (ideally within a busy, fast-paced setting).

Benefits

Salary: £25,000 – £30,000 DOE Contract: Permanent, Hybrid Working - 2 days from home (following probation) Please note, the first 6 months of this role is based on-site, so you must be able to get to Winsford daily.
