-Familiarity with current NEC codes/Local Codes -Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation -Ability to pass a drug screening -State Licensed Journeyman (if required by your state) -Strong work ethic, reliability, and a safety-first mindset -Operate safely on ladders and elevated platforms -Experience installing and maintaining electrical systems in commercial or industrial environments -Sit, stand, bend, kneel, climb, reach, and lift up to 50 lbs -Work indoors and outdoors in varying conditions -Follow written and verbal instructions accurately -Must own basic hand tools for electrical work -4+ years of commercial electrical experience (preferred) -Use manual dexterity and hand tools -Ability to troubleshoot electrical equipment and systems -Reading blueprints and wiring schematics to execute tasks accurately
